You could not believe it, you were right.
The 2008 Lacrosse season was killed last week. I has just been resurrected.
The National League and its players finalised a new collective bargaining agreement. The agreement includes player salary increases of « up to 6% » over five years and caps player salaries at US$ 23,300 for veterans.
If MSA calculations are right, it would be a US$ 1,319 increase over 5 years, or US$ 264 per year.
Better not think about the legal fees spent to earn or save a fistful of free-falling US dollars.
And hold your breath : players still have to ratify the agreement.
