Dealer's corner : substance enhanced lies.

Banned products no doubt spur creativity, even though it took Michael Rasmussen four months to come up with the truth about his lies regarding his training whereabouts before Tour de France.

It had momentarily slipped his memory, but he was indeed in Italy, not Mexico. S

And what was he doing in Italy ? Trying to escape one more drug test ? Absolutely not, he was on the run from « family matters » he will not disclose.

We fully respect Michael Rasmussen’s intimacy and are even ready, if his « family matters » have, for example, anything to do with cheating on his wife rather than on sports ethics, to provide him with more convincing lies.

It is after all rather easy, even for the most gullible wife, to find out whether her husband is in Mexico or in Italy.

Most unfaithful husbands would have shown more cunning.

Or is it that Michael is a bit geographically confused ? Something to do with drugs, maybe ?

Checking that you were in Italy when you claimed to be in Mexico is, after all, not that difficult.
